If your project involves a large number of photos, it may extend the production time. No, physical location is not a barrier to working with us. In fact, the majority of our clients, over 95%, are based in Europe and North America. We’ve been primarily offering a “mail order” service for professional product photography regardless of your location.
Our images are designed to be compatible with all major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including Amazon.com, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Walmart.com, and more. Images destined for Amazon also adhere to their product image requirements.
The approach to product photography depends on the product type and your Style Guide. Typically, we recommend 3-5 professional photography shoots per product, including a short video for enhanced conversion rates. Each image showcases the product from different angles, with the background and props adjusted as needed. Afterward, we edit the raw images and deliver the final high-quality product photos and your product.
You have 10 calendar days from receiving the approval link for your images to request edits. Edits requested outside this period will incur additional charges.
